John and four other attorneys founded Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd. in 1989. Since the inception of the firm, John has counseled and represented individuals, business enterprises and institutions in their various business and personal interests. He exhibits a particular expertise in all aspects of real estate representation. Included in such representation are many years of advising clients on acquisition, investment, development, leasing and operation of real estate projects.

Additionally, this advice and legal representation often includes the strategic use of entities and disposition of real estate assets through the use of tax deferred exchanges.

Prior to establishing Fuchs & Roselli, John was an associate and partner in a predecessor firm in which he gained experience in a broad array of legal matters, in addition to real estate related issues. That exposure enabled him to draw on his other legal experiences to more capably and wisely counsel clients in their real estate, business, and personal endeavors.

John is active in both his church and community in Barrington, where he resides with his wife. He has served terms on both parish and community school boards, local government, village boards and charitable organizations.
