Justin works within Fuchs and Roselli’s Corporate Department and serves a diverse range of corporate clients, from startups to large companies, in handling general corporate transactional matters. Justin concentrates his practice in drafting and negotiating a variety of business-related documents including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements, employment agreements, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, promissory notes, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Justin also counsels his clients regarding copyrights and trademarks.

As he did in his prior position with a boutique Chicago law firm, Justin approaches his practice with a business-minded approach, believing that the business and legal aspects of a matter should always be evaluated together, rather than separately.

Justin received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his M.B.A. from Loyola’s Quinlin School of Business in 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.

Justin now resides in Naperville with his wife and Mini Sheepadoodle, Max.
