John (“Ted”) Peters received his bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana in 1975 and his master of science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of California in Berkeley, California in 1976. After working as an engineer for several years on major industrial projects for the Bechtel Corporation (including overseas in Brazil), he attended the University of Michigan Law School, where he obtained his law degree in 1986.

 

Prior to joining Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd., Mr. Peters gained substantial litigation experience at the trial and appellate level in myriad forms of complex multi-party construction/engineering disputes (including insurance coverage issues) on industrial, governmental and commercial building projects. He continues to concentrate his practice in these areas. Mr. Peters is admitted to all Federal Courts in Michigan as well as before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed to practice law in the States of Michigan and Arizona.
